Objectives of this Role
- Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our platform
- Generate leads
- Build trust and nurture client relationships
- Close sales
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Search and identify potential clients in the area / country of responsibility
- Complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and understand their needs
- Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails , linked in and set up meetings with stake holders
- Present our company and services to potential customers and nurture relationships with the goal of booking demos
- Create and send new offers, do all the follow ups, close the deal
- Build long term trusting relationships with existing customers and continuously track customers’ health in order to retain them as active customers
- Identifying and realizing up- and cross selling among existing customers
- Discuss and understand new requests from active customers, give feedback to the product managers, give solutions to the customer.
- Organize training sessions when needed and present new functions and releases
- Work with targets and KPIs
- Report to the Business Development Manager weekly
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 - 3 years successful sales experience
- Experience selling software and SaaS subscriptions
- Solution Selling or SPIN selling Methodology, a plus
- Knowledge of GDPR and CCPA, a plus
- Have a dedicated home office
- College Degree
- Experience with Digital Marketing a plus
- Proven success rate at levels above quotas
